the lifesaving course very tough... for warm-up, 10 laps of freestyle[very hard!] after that do sidekick 5 laps[also very hard] then practice throwing rope and floats to our partner or'victim' after the lesson go to the bathroomfor bath.WAH!! didnt know that the bukit batok bathroom was so clean... the water in the pool was very cold bcos it rain and rain and rain the whole day
